Fans are still heartbroken over the cancellation of "Marco Polo" which was announced earlier this year. However, it looks like Hundred Eyes has found himself a new job in the upcoming action fantasy flick "King Arthur: Legend of the Sword". Will Tom Wu play the mentor to Charlie Hunnam's titular monarch? And is there any chance that "Marco Polo" Season 3 will ever happen?

Hundred Eyes has certainly been one of the most memorable characters in "Marco Polo" who had his own complex backstory. Tom Wu's blind monk even had his own special episode that aired during the holidays. Unfortunately, "Marco Polo" Season 3 was canceled before fans could learn more about Hundred Eyes, as per The Hollywood Reporter. Nevertheless, it looks like Wu will be back in action in "King Arthur: Legend of the Sword".

The final trailer for "King Arthur: Legend of the Sword" showcased plenty of unexpected footage which included elephants that were probably larger than Camelot itself, as per CeleBeat. However, one of the best surprises in the teaser was a cameo from Tom Wu. The scene shows the "Marco Polo" star preparing for a fight sequence alongside Charlie Hunnam. There are speculations that Wu will play the future king's mentor who will teach him how to properly kick ass.

Fans are certainly glad to see Tom Wu back in fighting form in the "King Arthur: Legend of the Sword" trailer, but is there any chance that he will return as Hundred Eyes in "Marco Polo" Season 3? People have been holding on to hope that Netflix will reconsider the show's cancellation and perhaps work on a spinoff series featuring the blind monk. However, it is highly unlikely that a follow-up will be made due to the project's staggering production costs.

Find out if Tom Wu will be Charlie Hunnam's mentor in "King Arthur: Legend of the Sword", which premieres on May 12. Keep checking CeleBeat for more updates on upcoming movies and TV shows.
