'Dragon Ball Super' Spoilers: Frost Returns With His Golden Form; as Powerful as Goku's Super Saiyan Blue

He is said to surpass Goku's Super Saiyan Blue after four months of training.

Frost is also said to have been training to obtain his Golden Form. According to Toei Animation, Emperor Frost is a transformational alien with four forms and he powers up each time he transforms. He is known to have used tricky techniques and surprise attacks to take down his opponents. However, the "Dragon Ball Super" Tournament of Power doesn't allow the use of weapons.
