Gwyneth Paltrow is reported to insist on special terms of the marriage with Brad Falchuk that includes an open marriage. Nevertheless, the rumors need to be confirmed.

Gwyneth Paltrow has planned to marry his beau Falchuk, according to Us Weekly. Her sons, Apple and Moses, now 12 and 10 years old are reported to accept him as the family. Therefore, the marriage between them is a matter of time to happen. Her ex-husband already approved of the 46-year-old screenwriter and producer.

Falchuk is expected to propose her soon, but the 44-year-old actress is rumored to have a certain condition for their marriage. Gwyneth Paltrow is reported to insist on the special terms of the open marriage. However, the rumors have not been clarified.

Recently, Gwyneth Paltrow and Falchuk spent a vacation in Mexico together. They were spotted in the beach of Cabo San Lucas as reported by The Sun. Falchuk still looked buff, while she looked equally stunning with a toned body in a navy blue bikini as they enjoy the wave and the sunshine.

Falchuk is known as the co-creator of "Glee" with Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan. Following the success of the musical series, he created the horror anthology series "American Horror Story" and "Scream Queens." He was married to Suzanne Bukinik for 19 years with two children Isabella and Brody. He was divorced in 2013, two years before he dated Paltrow.

While Gwyneth Paltrow married the frontman of rock band Coldplay Chris Martin for 12 years before she filed a divorce in April 2015. She started dating Falchuk afterward. Her divorce was finalized in July 2016.
