'Dragon Ball Super' Updates: Goku's Use of the Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken Explained; Saiyan Is Definitely Not Getting Weak

In "Dragon Ball Super," Goku is one of the best and most powerful warriors in Universe 7, thus, he will surely do good comes the Tournament of Power. However, there are fans that are starting to doubt his performance in the Battle of Royal. In the last few episodes of the popular anime series, the Saiyan has been noticed using his Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken form, making fans believe that he is getting weak.

Several episodes of "Dragon Ball Super" have featured Universe 7, with Goku's efforts to recruit the powerful warriors to join Universe 7 team in the deadly Tournament of Power. During his practice battle with other warriors such as Krillin, he was noticed using the Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken form. This makes some fans wonder why it's becoming his routine to use this power. According to a YouTube video, it is either the Saiyan is getting weak or he had to use this form because Krillin is now stronger than before.

Some "Dragon Ball Super" fans are now getting worried with Goku's state especially that the Tournament of Power is fast approaching. It can be recalled that he also used the Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken form during his battle with Android 17. This makes some fans to believe that something is wrong with the Saiyan.

However, other "Dragon Ball Super" experts slammed the speculations that Goku is now weaker. In a thread on Reddit, fans explained that when the Saiyans transform into Super Saiyan, they are only increasing the level of their power. This doesn't necessarily mean that they have a different type of Ki but there's a catch when they transform into Super Saiyan. They actually don't have the ability to control this power as well as the Ki's coming out of their body.

Additionally, "Dragon Ball Super" experts also explained that the Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken is more manageable. The Saiyan using this power can also control it easily. Therefore, Goku uses this power to ensure that he doesn't hurt or create too much damage to his friends during their sparring.
