"Orange is the New Black" Season 5 spoilers reveal that not all characters will make it through to season 6. Speaking to PopSugar, actress Kate Mulgrew explained that something will happen this season that may cost the life of one character.

"Not everyone does survive," she teased.

Mulgrew explained that Red's backstory will be featured in "Orange is the New Black" Season 5 and the actress teased that a "train wreck is coming." Something big will reportedly happen to Red in "OITNB" Season 5 and fans will see her in a way they have never seen before, which may be a darkened version of Red.

The actress also told the publication that the viewers will be "gobsmacked" when they see what happens to Red in "Orange is the New Black" Season 5. This all remains to be seen amidst the recent "OITNB" Season 5 leak online.

As Variety reports, the "Orange is the New Black" Season 5 leak led to an early release of the Netflix show's episodes ahead of its June premiere. A hacker named TheDarkOverlord was responsible for releasing the said episodes, as the online streaming service refused to give them what they wanted.

Several viewers have already seen some of the "Orange is the New Black" Season 5 episodes, but Netflix was quick enough to pull the episodes out from some sites. The leak came as a result of the company's refusal to pay the hacker 30 Bitcoin, which is equivalent to $45,000.

"Orange is the New Black" Season 5 premieres on June 9 on Netflix.
