"Prison Break" Season 5 spoilers reveal that the most highly anticipated reunion between Michael Scofield (Wentworth Miller) and Dr. Sara Tancredi (Sarah Wayne Callies) will finally happen in episode 7. Entertainment Weekly shared the teaser trailer for this Tuesday's episode, which will see the "MiSa" reunion that fans have been looking forward to all season.

While fans are definitely in for a dramatic reunion in the upcoming "Prison Break" Season 5 episode, their reunion will get quite complicated. As most fans can recall, Sara has already moved on with her husband, Jacob (Mark Feuerstein).

"In a lot of ways, that's the aim of the entire season is to get to her," executive producer Paul Scheuring told the outlet. "But of course, it's not so easy just to see her and the story's over."

For seven years, Sara lived her life without Michael and raised their son with the help of Jacob. Thus, the "Prison Break" revival may not give Sara and Michael the happy ending that many fans believe they deserve.

While their happy ending may not happen on "Prison Break" Season 5, there is still a chance that it might happen in the near future. As TVLine reports, Fox is still considering to do more seasons of the show.

The network's CEOs, Dana Walden and Gary Newman, confirmed that they are looking into renewing the show for more seasons after "Prison Break" Season 5. However, they will not be doing it year after year; instead, they plan to make it a limited series run to "make it special."
