Disney Set to Do a Live-Action Re-Make of 'Winnie-The-Pooh'

Disney is in the process of developing another live-action retelling of its own animated classics, this time of the animated children's favorite, Winnie-the-Pooh, according to Deadline. The focus will be on an adult Christopher Robin, the owner of the anthropomorphic teddy bear. Brigham Taylor is producing and Alex Ross Perry has been hired to write the live-action adaptation for the big-screen.Read more

Tom Hardy Attached to Do Three Sequels for 'Mad Max: Fury Road'

Tom Hardy, 37, has signed on for three more Mad Max films following George Miller’s Mad Max: Fury Road which will hit theaters beginning May 15, according to the actor himself during his exclusive interview with Esquire where he will be featured the magazine's May issue's cover story. "Avengers" Assembles to Honor Robert Downey Jr.'s at MTV Awards Night

MTV has announced Thursday that Robert Downey Jr. will be receiving the “MTV Generation Award” during the 2015 MTV Movie Awards from his Avengers: Age of Ultron co-star Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo and Jeremy Renner. They will also be showing an exclusive 90-second clip from their upcoming Marvel film that will show in theaters beginning May 1st.Read more

First 'Deadpool' Location Set Pics of Ryan Reynolds's Wade Wilson Character Without the Mask

Thanks to Just Jared, the first set photos of Ryan Reynolds in his Wade Wilson pre-Deadpool character have just been released to the Internet. In the still pics, the 38-year-old actor is seen wearing a hood, the rest of his body also totally covered up, and it looks like he might have some prosthetic make-up on his face, indicating that these scenes take place after Wade is experimented on and left severely disfigured. The 33 photos from the location shooting in a dirty alley behind a strip club in the early morning hours of Thursday (April 2) in Vancouver include of those with co-stars Ed Skrein, Gina Carano and Morena Baccarin.Read more

It's Official, 'Deadpool' Movie Is Going to Be Rated-R

In a video released April 1st, Extra TV's host Mario Lopez, asked title star Ryan Reynolds to confirm whether the upcoming Deadpool movie will be rated PG-13 or R. The interview however was cut short, when Deadpool himself arrived, knocked out Lopez from behind for advocating for the PG-13 rating, and saying, “It’s okay Jesse, Slater can’t hurt you anymore,” a reference to Lopez’s Saved By The Bell days. Reynolds' voice over is next heard saying, “April Fools'! Deadpool will of course be rated R.”Read more

Netflix's Releases yet Another New Promo Trailer for Marvel's 'Daredevil'

Netflix has just released yet another TV spot, the second for today, for Marvel's Daredevil, the series developed for the cable TV network by Drew Goddard, which is set to air all 13 episodes on April 10, according to Comic Book Resources.
