Microsoft's Phil Spencer introduced the latest PC operating system - Windows 10 that will readily support Xbox One game streaming. Now, one would be able to play Xbox One games anywhere in their house, according to Spencer. Windows 10 will make it possible to stream the game to Windows 10 PC's and tablets. The future option of supporting the streaming function on Windows Phones will probably come later.
