Bristol Palin -- who will be competing on the all-star season of "Dancing With The Stars," premiering on Sept. 24, admits she hasn't been practicing her quick-step, or any other form of dancing, for that matter.

"I haven't danced at all," she revealed to People Magazine. "I still refuse to dance at a wedding or anything like that, just because I'm pretty shy ... People are expecting you to whip out the quick-step or something and that's just not me."

If you think her previous stint on "DWTS" has completely shelled her inhibitions, you'd be wrong. "You still get nervous," she admitted. "But I like being out of my comfort zone. I like challenging myself and this is the perfect place to do that."

Despite a few nervous jitters, Palin is focusing on that much coveted mirror ball trophy but plans to have some fun in the process - not that partner Mark Ballas would have it any other way. "I'm going to have fun, that's my main goal," she explained.

We hope maturity has refined Palin's moves on the dance floor, let's be honest, the Alaska native tends to be a bit stiff in her movements.

"I've grown up a lot since last time," she said. "I was 19 when I started Dancing with the Stars the first time. And this time I'm 21, going on 22. I've matured a lot in those few years."

Other fan favorites who will be gracing the "DWTS" dance floor include, Pamela Anderson, Kirstie Alley, Joey Fatone, Emmitt Smith, Melissa Rycroft, Kelly Monaco and Gilles Marini.

Bristol endured much scrutiny for being a pregnant teenager during Sarah Palin's vice-presidential campaign. But she's paving her own way as a young mother and currently stars in her own reality show, "Life's a Tripp" - which received it's title from her son, Tripp.
