A fan has sued the Jonas Brothers after being crushed by the crowd during one of their concerts.

According to TMZ, Ashleigh Johnson was at The Grove in L.A. in May 2010 when she was pushed against a guard rail by the unruly crowd. Johnson claims that she suffered both mental and physical injuries after being crushed in the incident.

TVGuide reports that the free show promoted the Jonas Brothers' fourth album, "Lines, Vines and Trying Times." Both the band and Caruso Management, which runs the Grove, were named in the lawsuit.

Johnson is suing the Jonas Brothers for negligence, per E! Online. The fan claims that both the band and Caruso Management knew that fans would show up for the concert yet did not put the necessary security measures into place.

The Jonas Brothers will release their next album later this year, according to MTV News. It will reportedly feature entirely original material, including the song "Wedding Bells," which they debuted during a New York concert back in October.
