Kelly Osbourne Engaged To Matthew Mosshart: Who Is He?

Kelly Osbourne is reportedly engaged to her boyfriend Matthew Mosshart, according to US Weekly.

The magazine reports that the couple was secretly engaged before Christmas. They apparently met at Kate Moss' wedding back in July of 2011.

"Kelly is the happiest she's ever been," a friend of Osbourne's told the magazine. "Her career is going well, and she's in a healthy relationship with a wonderful guy."

The wedding will reportedly take place this summer in Osbourne's native England.

So who exactly is Kelly Osbourne's fiancé?

According to the Huffington Post, Mosshart is a 29-year-old vegan chef whose sister is a member of the band The Kills. He must also be a pretty decent guy, as the Brit's entire family approved of the relationship, per US Weekly.

Rumors circulated last summer that Osbourne was already engaged to her lover. The Mirror in England reported that the "Fashion Police" star was engaged after she was spotted wearing a ring on her finger. However, a rep told E! back in June that this rumor was not true.

But now that Kelly Osbourne is engaged, she will likely look to take the next step and have a child. Osbourne told Anderson Cooper back in May that she got "baby fever" after meeting her brother Jack's daughter for the first time.

"I'd be the best mum ever," she said, per the Huffington Post. "I would. I've got great training from my mum."
