Justin Bieber News: 'Baby ' Singer Shirtless for Master Plan?

Justin Bieber has been seen without his shirt for many months now and Hollywood Life reported Wednesday as a possible reason.

The site sought the opinion of a PR expert to explain why Bieber has gone from clean cut to heartthrob. Dr. Phil Dembo, a Santa Monica based therapist & parenting coach, offered that the 19-year old was simply a master at trying to get himself noticed. Dembo added that the Baby singer was merely trying to maintain his visibility.

"We have seen him recently deliberately alter his image from the youthful cute kid to the 'bad boy' image he is now creating," Dr. Dembo said. "It's important for him to continue to make headlines and keep himself in the public eye."

Dembo also drew comparisons to Miley Cyrus. The 20-year-old Can't Stop singer has shed her good girl image in recent years. She has taken to revealing outfits and recently posed naked for a campaign to prevent cancer. It has been a complete transformation from her innocent and covered up days as Hannah Montana. Dr. Dembo felt that Bieber was taking a similar approach to change his image.

"As we have seen with Miley Cyrus, when she began wearing revealing, more provocative outfits for the cameras to pick up, we now see Justin finding himself without a shirt," Dr. Dembo said. "It's 'bad boy'-ish, it's provacative, and it's skin. All the right ingredients for his master plan."
