Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie Almost Have Near Run In, Source Says

Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie almost had an awkward run in with each other, E! News reported Wednesday.

The site reported that the Friends alum and A Mighty Heart actress were both scheduled to fly first class on the same British Airways flight out of LAX to London's Heathrow airport Sunday night. Both women were apparently unaware that they had booked the same flight. Alas, a well meaning employee at Heathrow changed Aniston's flight to Monday to avoid any potential problems according to a source.

Aniston and Jolie have been linked to the other ever since Brad Pitt left Aniston to be with Jolie in 2005. In 2008, Aniston stated that she and Pitt were on friendly terms despite their divorce. However, she wished that Jolie would not have taken so many liberties describing how she developed feelings for the still married Pitt when they filmed Mr. and Mrs. Smith in 2004.

"There was stuff printed that was definitely from a time when I was unaware that it was happening," Aniston said. "I felt those details were a little inappropriate to discuss."

Aniston is currently engaged to actor Justin Theroux while Pitt and Jolie announced their engagement last year.
