Dina Eastwood Dismissed Legal Separation From Clint Eastwood

After two days of filing for legal separation on Sept. 9, it seemed that Dina Eastwood had a change of heart as she filed another document to dismiss their legal separation on Sept. 11, Us Weekly reported.

Us Weekly reported in late August that the couple who were married for 17 years decided to separate. The two split in June 2012 but remained amicable with each other.  "Clint fell out of love with Dina a long time ago," an insider previously revealed. The couple has one daughter together, 16-year-old Morgan.

The 48-year-old former newscaster filed papers for a separation in Monterey County Superior Court on Sept. 9. In the legal document, she pursued spousal support and physical custody of Morgan. It was also revealed in the document that they would divide community and separate property as stated in their "premarital agreement."

Dina defended the Million Dollar Baby director after their separation was revealed. "I don't like reading negative things about Clint," she tweeted on Sept. 3. "He is a wonderful, good natured, brilliant person. No matter what, I attest to that."

On the other hand, Clint has not yet commented about their separation but has certainly moved on.  On the same day that Dina has decided to change her filing, the actor was photographed in L.A. with his new girlfriend, Erica Tomlinson-Fisher.
