Ruben Studdard will compete in the next season of Biggest Loser, PEOPLE reported.

Season 2 American Idol winner Studdard knows that he needs to lose weight but that does not mean that he doesn't think he's unattractive. In fact, he finds himself an attractive guy.

"Everything about Ruben Studdard is sexy," he said in an exclusive video.

The 462-lb. singer will vie for the first place again in the upcoming season of the NBC weight-loss reality show. He hopes to lose some weight, he is not looking forward to lose his back hair.

"We're going to have to wax that back of yours," Biggest Loser trainer Jillian Michaels told Studdard in the video. "Look how much you've got here. Like and inch and a half of shoulder hair."

However, the "Sorry for 2004" singer is unapologetic about his body hair, which he referred to as "taco meat."

"Y'all have womanized men," Studdard told his trainer. "Back in the day artists [like Marvin Gaye] would be having their taco meat showing on album covers and everybody liked it. But now nobody wants to show the taco meat no more. I'm bringing the real man back."

The new season of The Biggest Loser will air on Tuesday, Oct. 15.
