Bethenny Frankel reportedly turned down a $10 million settlement offer from her estranged husband, Jason Hoppy.

After filing for divorce in January, 2013, Frankel and her soon-to-be ex-husband, Jason Hoppy, have been battling it out in court, and judging by the latest developments, their battle won't be coming to an end anytime soon.

“Jason is willing to take a $10 million settlement in the divorce from Bethenny,” an insider told Radar Online on April 29. “He feels entitled to that large amount because he helped her to launch Skinnygirl. She sought his advice and counsel on the cocktail line from the beginning and up until the sale.”

Although Frankel and Hoppy had a prenuptial agreement in place, it hasn't been easy sorting things out because of their work together on Frankel's brand, Skinnygirl. In April 2011, Frankel reportedly sold Skinnygirl to Jim Beam for $100 million, and Hoppy feels that he is also deserving of financial compensation.

Unfortunately for Hoppy, Frankel doesn't agree.

“She thinks it’s outrageous that Jason is demanding so much money,” the source explained.

Another major issue the couple is facing is in regard to their daughter, Bryn Casey Hoppy. Both Frankel and Hoppy are requesting primary custody of the child, and Hoppy wants child support as well as medical and dental expenses for himself and Bryn.

The pair were also feuding over their marital home, a 3,400 sq-ft. Tribeca pad, but this past February, Frankel finally moved out. Prior to her moving, Frankel and Hoppy had been living at their Tribeca home together.
