Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy appeared in court on Wednesday, and according to reports, their appearance was quite dramatic.

During the proceedings, Frankel took the stand, claiming her estranged husband is out to get her and has been ever since she served him with divorce papers in late 2012.

"He said, ‘I’m going to destroy you, I’m going to have you and your publicist crumbling and crying in the corner.'” Frankel testified in the Manhattan Supreme Court on May 28, according to Page Six. “You told me to buckle up and I’m buckling up and now you’re going to see what I was like on the basketball court.”

Frankel and Hoppy split in late 2012 after just under three years of marriage. The pair's courtship was seen briefly on The Real Housewives of New York City, and later on Bethenny Getting Married? And Bethenny Ever After. During Bethenny Ever After, which aired on Bravo for three seasons, Frankel and Hoppy welcomed their daughter, Bryn Casey Hoppy, born in May 2010.

At the time of their split, Frankel publicly stated that she and Hoppy wished to part amicably but within months, they were going back and forth in court documents, each wanting more time with Bryn, and Hoppy wanting more money in the split.

On Wednesday, the hostilities continued, with Frankel telling the judge Hoppy was “white trash” for allegedly getting an investor to finance his divorce.

“That was a trashy thing to do,” Frankel said.

Frankel also alleged that Hoppy was requesting more time with Bryn and fighting for his part of Frankel's Skinnygirl brand in an effort to publicly drag her through the mud.

"I said, ‘Let’s make this go away quickly because we don’t want it to be a spectacle,’ he said, `You’re a piece of s**t,’ he said, `You’re garbage,’ he said, `We’re going all the way baby. Buckle up!’"
