Bethenny Frankel is reportedly happy to have settled her child custody dispute with her soon-to-be ex-husband, Jason Hoppy.

Although the pair has yet to settle their divorce, Frankel is reportedly "thrilled" to be moving past their child custody battle, which began over one year ago over the time each would be spending with their 4-year-old daughter, Bryn Casey Hoppy.

"Bethenny never wanted to take it this far, never wanted this to be dragged out in court," a source revealed to PEOPLE Magazine on June 5. "She's thrilled this has settled."

Frankel and Hoppy welcomed daughter Bryn in May 2010, just two months after they were married. The couple's journey to the altar was documented for Bethenny Getting Married?, a spinoff of The Real Housewives of New York City, which was later turned into Bethenny Ever After. Following three seasons of the show, Frankel and Hoppy announced they would be taking a break from reality TV and months later, they split.

At the time of their separation, Frankel and Hoppy planned to part ways amicably, but within weeks, were battling over money and the custody of their daughter.

As for Hoppy, he released a statement of his own to PEOPLE Magazine, via his lawyer, Bernard Clair.

The statement read, "My client is delighted that this custody battle has been resolved; that his co-parenting status has been acknowledged; that the parties' child will have the benefit of being raised by both parents; and most importantly, that his daughter will no longer be at the mercy of a high-profile courtroom battle."

Details of the settlement were not released.
