Microsoft Comes Up with Surface 3: Lighter, Thinner and Budget-Friendly

As per report of Business Standard news, Microsoft is about to launch a lighter and thinner version of its Surface Pro 3 simply called Surface 3 tablet.

The less powerful tablet version Surface 3 is also cheaper at $499 with a 64GB internal storage capacity and a RAM of 2GB.  An upgrade of 4GB RAM and an internal storage capacity of 128GB will cost $599.  It is more appealing for individuals with a tight budget who want a quality gadget for themselves. The lighter (1.37 pounds) and thinner Surface 3 tablet has a display size of 10.8 inches with narrower keyboard as well as the trackpad which is separately sold at $129.  It may be smaller but it feels it can handle much more than a netbook and is more manageable on your hands.

A single charged battery can accommodate a video playback of at least ten hours non-stop and runs on Windows plus one-year subscription with Office 365.  It is also powered-up by Atom X7, Intel's newest processor and uses low power.

The body is all magnesium for durability with a built-in kickstand for reading comfort.  The screen is made narrower to make it lighter but it still displays sharp and vivid pictures.

Another distinct characteristic of the Surface 3 is it runs on Windows 8.1 which can still be upgraded to Windows 10 once it is launched this year. 

Microsoft is coming up with new and exciting products and gadgets to suit the different needs of the consumers who are now being budget-wise.  Their needs may be met with lower costs but they want high quality products as well.

Consumers can preorder a Surface 3 tablet beginning April 2^nd and it will be coming out worldwide starting May 5^th.
