As per Tech Times news report, the verdict is out that the best performing smartphones in the market today is Samsung's flagship phones: Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge.

Android measuring tool An Tutu has revealed the scores made by the latest smartphones from Samsung which were more than 60,000.  These phones were just unveiled during the Mobile World Congress and have already beaten other smartphones.

Samsung has put all its focus on optimizing their new products and they came out with the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge which are running on the mobile processor Exynos 7420.  Both smartphones received high scores which made them the top on the best smartphones today.

One of the amazing features that made Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge on the winning edge is its speed which even beaten Apple's iPhones by eight seconds.  Another winning feature of a great smartphone is that Galaxy S6 is made water-resistant while Galaxy S6 Edge survived a harsh drop testing with the device not having scratches or any visible unsightly marks on its display.

Other smartphones that made the list on An Tutu benchmarking test is Snapdragon 810 run HTC One M9 which ranked only third as it was haunted by the issue on overheating.

Surprisingly, the fourth place went to another Samsung smartphone, the European Edition Galaxy S5.  Although it is running on Snapdragon 801 processor, it did not overheat due to the old version of the processor used.

Aside from performance, Samsung has another ace up its sleeve.  The processor Exynos 7420 made Samsung a winner and it powers the latest Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge smartphones.
