LaVar Ball Responds To LeBron James' Warning, Saying Star Athletes Don't Make Another Star

Former football player LaVar Ball gave a stern respond to LeBron James warning for speaking about James' son. Ball said that star athletes do not make their son a star athlete, as a respond to James' warning.

In an interview with SiriusXM for the radio talk show "Full Ride" on Wednesday, March 22, Ball replied to James' warning, as reported by ESPN. Ball reiterated that son of star athletes do not follow their father's footstep to become star athlete as well.

"I gave an opinion on what I felt about no superstars' kids really being superstars," Ball told Chris Childers the host of the "Full Ride" talk show. He added, "I have yet to see one, and I've been around for 50 years."

The feud between Ball and James began when FOX Sports' Chris Broussard interviewed the 48-year-old former pro-football player for "In The Zone" podcast. Ball said that his three sons would have a better success than James' sons. His argument was that LeBron James achievement will be too much for his kids to live up to.

LeBron James responded furiously, warned Ball to not mention his family as reported by Oregon Live. James' comment has started the media war between the two hot-headed fathers. James' eldest son LeBron Jr. is currently 12 years old and he has drawn interest from many college basketball programs. While Ball's three sons are the AAU stars, and his eldest Lonzo Ball is a standout freshman in the UCLA Bruins Basketball team.
