The clip actually projects Mama June stating her dreams of the complete transformation of her body before Sugar Bear's wedding and the photo shoot were gone when she ruined a big time. As per the reports, Mama June was deciding on having her excess skin removal surgery when she achieves her weight loss target. But she forcefully had to abort that surgery as she hadn't lost the target weight on time.
