Aidan Turner James Bond: 'Poldark' Season 3 Star Odds Get Better As Tom Hiddleston Falters, Ross Could Be Next 007

The search for the next James Bond continues and it looks like one future 007 candidate has better odds than the other. Aidan Turner has always been a top contender but there is a bigger possibility for the "Poldark" Season 3 star to be Daniel Craig's replacement. Is it possible that Turner's luck is somehow connected to Tom Hiddleston being blown off by a "Spectre" producer?

There are several good reasons why Aidan Turner is a strong candidate for the role of James Bond. Anyone who follows his BBC show can confirm that the Dubliner can be rough, tough and still manage to be something of a gentleman. In addition to that, the "Poldark" Season 3 star has proven he can make people extremely thirsty when he did the shirtless scything scene in Series 1. But does Turner have what it takes to steal the 007 role from Tom Hiddleston?

Esquire recently reported on Tom Hardy's James Bond odds going up 3/1 following his brilliant heroic act in London. It was also revealed that Aidan Turner is currently enjoying the same odds as "Thor: Ragnarok" star Idris Elba and Michael Fassbender of "Alien: Covenant" while Tom Hiddleston is down at 14/1. There is a huge possibility that the real Ross Poldark is being considered for the 007 role due to fan support and sheer talent. In addition to that, Turner looks amazing in a tuxedo.

It is still unclear whether Aidan Turner will replace Daniel Craig as 007 but at least the "Poldark" Season 3 actor isn't being dissed by a James Bond film producer. CeleBeat has previously reported on "Spectre" producer Barbara Broccoli allegedly stating that Tom Hiddleston isn't tough enough for the role.
