'Boruto: Naruto Next Generations' Episode 9 Spoilers: Boruto Prepares for a Battle Against His Grandfather; Truth About the Byakugan Eye Revealed!

Ukyō Kodachi's "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" anime series continues with Boruto's adventure with his friends. It can be recalled in the previous episodes when he got a two-week suspension for crashing the train just above the academy. Episode 8 has excitingly revealed one important mission for the Hokage's son - to learn the truth about the Byakugan eye. Together, he and Naruto head to his grandfather's place, who's Hinata's very own father.

"Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" episode 9 spoilers reveal that the Hokage's son is busy preparing for his fight against his grandfather. Boruto was challenged by his grandfather to find out if he also possesses Byakugan eye and the upcoming episode sees him learning how important it is. Being the Hokage's son, Boruto tries to avoid the shadows of his father as he has been criticized by the other students in the ninja academy for riding on Naruto's coattails. That said, he keeps complaining about his father to his friends, which can be noticed in episode 8 where he seemed not interested to talk about the film that he watched with his friends.

Fans can remember that Boruto dreamed that he has a Byakugan eye in "Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" episode 8, which has the ability to watch anyone's chakra. That said, the Hokage's son screamed out loud, waking her sister Himawari up. He then told his father about his dream but got disappointed when Naruto warned him that awakening the Byakugan eye is not as easy as a piece of cake.

"Boruto: Naruto Next Generations" episode 8 also showcased Boruto and Himawari travelling all the way to their grandfather's place together with Naruto. It's where the Hokage's son being challenged by his grandpa for a match to see if he really has the Byakugan eye. His grandpa also made it clear that having this is not easy.
