"House of Cards" stars Kevin Spacey in his lead role as Frank Underwood, the 46th President of the United States with Robin Wright as his wife, Claire Underwood. Actor Paul Sparks plays the role of Thomas Yates, a decorated author, who was asked by Frank to write about America Works jobs program. It turned out that he is Claire's lover and fans were shocked that the wife of the president poisoned him as she is concerned that he knows too much.

Recently, TV Line sat in with Paul Sparks asking his thoughts about "House of Cards" and his departure from the popular political series. The actor revealed that he is fine with his character's death in the series as he knows that this would make the series deliver a good story. However, he is also disappointed that he had to leave.

"At the same time... it's disappointing because [the "House of Cards" cast and crew] are like family and you get used to being around them," Paul Sparks said. It's not just Sparks who bid goodbye to the show as Aidan MacAllan (Damian Young) also died from a gunshot wound to his eye. However, fans are more interested to know if LeAnn Harvey (Neve Campbell) is also dead after she was tailed while driving.

"House of Cards" fans don't want to believe that LeAnn is dead but it appears that she is. Vulture tried to reach out to showrunners Melissa James Gibson and Frank Pugliese about it. However, fans would be disappointed to know that their answer is that it will only be revealed when the right time comes.
