David Hasselhoff, star of the popular Knight Rider and Baywatch TV series during the 1980s and the 1990s, is cast as Gilbert Sheperd, the father of Ian Ziering’s character, Fin, in Sharknado 3, the third installment in the satirical made-for-TV disaster film about a waterspout that lifts sharks out of oceans and deposits them in populated urban areas, eating people and otherwise creating mayhem, which is set to debut in July on Syfy.Read more
