Should We Expect An Engagement Announcement From Sofia Vergara And Boyfriend Nick Loeb?
Judging by their recent sighting in the Hamptons, all signs point to yes! Vergara and Loeb showed much affection towards one another as they made their way to Georgica restaurant on Thursday.
They "held hands and danced and kissed throughout the night," an eyewitness told People magazine. "They were dancing on banquettes and stayed until about 3:30 a.m."
Loeb, a former executive with political aspirations, presented the "Modern Family" actress with a sizable engagement ring during a celebratory trip to Mexico for her 40th birthday. But conflicting reports about whether the couple are actually engaged has since made the media rounds.
"As of today, Sofia is not engaged." A source for People En Espanol said after Vergara was given the supposed engagement ring.

"I'm sure they will sign a prenup should they split, but as long as they are together, Sofia will [live] like a queen," said one of Loeb's friends. "They have had a rough patch and briefly split, but now things between them couldn't be better."
