Miley Cyrus Chops Off All Her Hair

19-year-old Miley Cyrus is just determined to shock us. Mission accomplished. The pop star with probably too much free time on her hands, documented every step of her new Twiggy-inspired pixie-cut -- with stylist Chris McMillan as Edward Scissorhands.
"It's happening," wrote an anxious Cyrus before her newly shorn do. Obviously concerned about the public's reaction, she added: "if you don't have something nice to say don't say anything at all. My hair is attached to my head no one else's and it's going bye bye."
She apparently had no regrets about her boyish coif. "Never felt more me in my whole life," she continued "LOVE my hair. Feel so happy, pretty, and free."
Did Miley go too far? An anonymous fan didn't even recognize her without her shoulder-length tresses. "Someone just told me im prettier than Miley Cyrus." Joked the teen.
The Twitter enthusiast can't go a single week without giving us an update about her Hollywood life. In a recent interview for Marie Claire magazine's September issue, she shared her beloved dog Ziggy's pricey bad habit. "She totally ate my diamonds on purpose," Cyrus told the magazine. "She was pooping them out all morning!"
