Kim Kardashian Sizzles In Cleavage-Baring Dress At New York Fashion Week

Kim Kardashian is on a mission - if that mission is to kick off New York Fashion Week by leaving a trail of hanging jaws in her wake - then, consider it more than accomplished.

The reality starlet displayed her dangerous Kurves and ample cleavage in a gravity defying, figure-hugging, dual-tone dress at the Du Jour magazine launch party in New York on Wednesday. The sexy art deco little number not only accentuated her hourglass figure but her, err, rounded assets as well.

Her main squeeze, and wannabe fashion stylist, Kanye West, was not by her side, however, the starlet was accompanied by her best friend, publicist Jonathan Cheban.

In a recent episode of "Keeping up With The Kardashians," fans watched with horror as West trashed Kardashian's pricey duds, in an attempt to update her style into the haute category. Several media outlets reprimanded the outspoken lyricist, calling him a "controlling" partner.

"[T]hough Kanye seems to adore Kim, he also appears to be controlling her," reported the Huffington Post. "Making your partner change his or her personal style is huge red flag, and the warning signs don't stop there."

In a recent interview with Oprah Winfrey, Kim told the TV mogul she's matured since ending her marriage to basketball player, Kris Humphries. The lesson she learned from her 72-day-nuptial was to surround herself with a wiser entourage.

"I'm totally growing up... Even the people I surround myself with... are wiser, a little bit older than me, where before, all my boyfriends were younger," Kardashian told Winfrey. "Now I love that I'm with someone that's a couple years older than me. I love that my friends are sometimes even 20, 30 years older than me -- that I can just sit and enjoy their company and their experiences."

The ex-couple's marriage has yet to be finalized. Humphries is reportedly seeking an annulment, claiming their extravagant union was fraudulent.
