Chipper Jones Is Dating a Blonde Bombshell, Playboy Model Taylor Higgins [PHOTOS]
Chipper Jones isn't letting retirement hold him down. The recently retired 40-year-old is dating Playboy model Taylor Higgins. Chipper Jones and Taylor Higgins have tweeted several photos of themselves, making it very clear that they're in a romantic relationship. In one of the photos, Jones appears standing next to the blonde beauty, who's wearing an immaculate red dress.
Before revealing his new Playboy model girlfriend, Jones let his fans knows that he was finally ready to move on from his previous relationship with Sharon Logonov. "Divorce finalized....had great time with ex-teammates and friends last nite. Happy 18th anny, Tongue and Groove! Keep doing your thang!" he tweeted. Chipper Jones was married to Logonov for 12 years, and he has three sons with her. Logonov is Chipper's second wife. Jones also has a son from his first marriage.
To anyone that follows Chipper Jones' Twitter account, it was unclear exactly why he was tweeting about his divorce at first. The former third base player seemed especially happy and comfortable wit the situation. We all learned soon after exactly why Jones was so... umm... chipper.
Jones and Higgins appear to have been together for a few months, though it's unclear exactly when they started dating. More recently, it seems as though they're spending more time together than ever before. They look incredibly happy in all the photos.
Busted Coverage reports, " Ms. Higgins once attended the University of Kentucky (NSFW link-age) and at some point changed her Internet name to Lexi Ray Taylor. She does a stint as a pretty busy low-level Playboy model, doing the "college girl" thing."
Chipper Jones is best known for his 19-year career as an Atlanta Braves player. Jones started playing for the Atlanta Braves in 1993. He retired in 2012. Experts believe that Jones is almost a sure-bet hall-of-fame player.
