Tom Cruise Girlfriend: Has Katie Holmes' Ex Moved On With Beauty & Essex Stunner Cynthia Jorge?
Tom Cruise may have a new girlfriend, according to reports that surfaced this week. But even if Cruise isn't dating Beauty & Essex hottie Cynthia Jorge, he definitely has a huge crush on the 26-year-old bombshell.
It's been almost exactly six months since Cruise and Holmes announced the end of their six-year marriage. And until now neither one has been spotted with a significant other. But it seems that Cruise may finally be moving on from what some viewed as a strange, mysterious marriage to the former "Dawson's Creek" star.
Cruise met 26-year-old restaurant manager Cynthia Jorge - who looks a lot like Holmes - on Dec 16., after the "Jack Reacher" star hit the Lower East Side hot spot Beauty & Essex, where Jorge works.
Jorge - who used to date Stiffler from "American Pie" - reportedly has high aspirations, which could include modeling or acting. The slim, olive-skinned brunette who hails from Queens previously worked at Benjamin Steakhouse in Midtown Manhattan. But Cruise doesn't seem bothered by her humble beginnings.
"He was mesmerized by Cynthia," a source told In Touch. "She had her hair in a bun, wore tight black pants and looked gorgeous."
Cruise was determined to reconnect with Jorge after seeing her at the Lower East Side restaurant. So he "called Beauty & Essex at least twice trying to track down Cynthia - and was 'put on hold for a very long time!' according to In Touch.
Fans on Twitter are undecided whether the dating is a good or bad thing. Some felt that Cruise should be left alone. "I'm glad local news is using great sources like facebook for their reporting, and informing about important things like tomcruisedating," Jennifer Berggren said. But others couldn't wait to spin the new tale. "Tom Cruise May Be Already Prepping His Next Future Ex-Wife, Cynthia Jorge," Wish I Didn't Know tweeted.
Either way, it sounds like the star of "Jack Reacher" is smitten!
