Josh Brolin Arrested! ‘Gangster Squad’ Actor Intoxicated In Public
Another day...another arrest for the Hollywood elite! Josh Brolin is the latest actor to make headlines for a public intoxication arrest.
Brolin, who starred in "Men In Black 3" and the upcoming "Gangster Squad" film, was arrested on New Year's Day. Unfortunately for the actor, his mug shot did not sneak by the media.
TMZ reports that Brolin was arrested "just before midnight on Jan. 1 in Santa Monica." The actor was booked at 3:02 a.m. and later released from jail at 7:14 a.m.
The good news for Brolin is that he does not have to return for court, and a rep confirmed to Entertainment Weekly that he paid his $250 bail.
A source told TMZ that the actor simply had "too much fun."

Josh Brolin's public intoxication arrest comes a couple weeks after the arrest of "Twilight" actor Bronson Pelletier. Like Brolin, Pelletier faced charges of public intoxication. The actor reportedly urinated on the floor of an LAX terminal.
