One Direction's movie premiere drew a crowd of screaming fans on Tuesday in London, according to media reports.

The British boy band's first movie One Direction: This is Us, is directed by Morgan Spurlock (Super Size Me) and follows the band's members Niall, Zayn, Liam, Harry and Louis on the road. In all, the movie is an "intimate, behind the scenes look at their real lives."

According to several media reports, the fans slept overnight to watch the handsome boys walk the red carpet. According to the BBC, the first girl to arrive to the Leicester Square to attend the premiere lined up on Sunday morning at 9 a.m.

"This is the best night of our career." One Direction's Liam, 19, told UK's The Mirror. "I honestly can't believe we're here."

"This is unreal," Harry told the paper.

One Direction were contestants on The X Factor in 2010. While they lost in the famous reality TV competition, they reached number one with their first single What Makes You Beautiful.

Their fame reached the United States and they came to top the music charts all around the world. It is estimated that they will have a $1 billion gross in the next year, according to reports.

The movie will start showing in theaters in August 30.
