Jason Segel Looks Skinnier On The Set Of 'Sex Tape'
Jason Segel showed a skinnier body in Boston on Thursday, Oct. 16, Us Weekly reported.
The How I Met Your Mother star was in Boston to film his latest movie, Sex Tape. He had a thick navy sweater on but Segel's skinnier new body was easily seen. The face of the actor was also thinner. In addition to that, the star had a darker brown hair than his usual hair color.
He told Us Weekly in July that he has made an effort to lose weight for the movie. "I've just been living healthy, exercising, eating right -- no more midnight pizzas," Segel told Us Weekly. "This time when I take my shirt off, I've made a promise to myself, it doesn't have to be funny."
"I took heat for Forgetting Sarah Marshall, where I was completely nude. But different characters require different body types," Segel explained that he had to get into shape for the movie as it was rated R.
The 33-year-old will most likely show some skin in the new movie raunchy synopsis and had R-rating. He will star in the movie opposite Cameron Diaz.
Mail Online reported that being heartbroken motivated Segel's weight loss campaign back in March. Segel and Michelle Williams broke up earlier this year. "They decided the relationship just couldn't work with Michelle in New York and Jason's commitments here but it doesn't mean he wasn't heartbroken," the source said.
