The shoot stopped in the middle of the production while waiting for the beach patrol officers and Miami ocean rescue arrived at the scene. The singer felt sick even after an hour that she was taken to the emergency department at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Ora was photographed with her eyes closed as she was brought into an ambulance.

Dr. David Farcy, Chairman of the Emergency Department at the hospital, told , Us Weekly, "Rita Ora was treated for heat exhaustion and dehydration at our hospital today. She was discharged and is fine."

According to an eyewitness, it was "unusually hot" and the singer was probably jet-lagged. The source also said to E! News that the shooting is expected to resume tomorrow.
