Chris Brown has been ordered back to rehab for three months, E! News reported Wednesday.

Brown appeared in a Los Angles court on Wednesday and prosecutors outlined some of his behavior when he voluntarily sought treatment nearly three weeks ago. He entered rehab for anger management but left the facility after only two weeks. A probation report stated that stated that Brown threw a rock at his mother's car after a joint therapy session on Nov. 13. She had suggested that Brown commit to treatment for a longer stay. In response, the treatment center asked Brown to leave.

Brown told his probation officer that he had "setback, mentally and emotionally, when he was not credited for all the community service hours he initially completed. He had issues with his attention deficit disorder and underwent a period of depression."

L.A. Superior Court Judge James Brandlin ordered Brown to spend another three months in a residential treatment facility. Brown must also submit to random drug testing and take any medication that is prescribed to him. He must also complete 24 hours of community service each week.

Brown has been on probation since he was convicted of beating ex-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. He jeopardized his probation by being involved in an October fight in Washington.
