Chris Brown is being sued for $3 million in relation to a fight he got into with Frank Ocean, TMZ reported Wednesday.

Last January, Brown and Ocean got into an altercation outside of a recording studio in Los Angeles. Other people got involved, including Ocean's cousin, Sha'Keir Duarte. Duarte has now sued Brown, claiming that one of Brown's bodyguards hurt him very badly. He listed his injuries in the filing.

$1,000,000 for pain, suffering and inconvenience
-$1,000,000 for emotional distress
-$1,000,000 for punitive damages
-plus, another $60K for medical expenses

Brown previously filed suit against Duarte with the claim that he provoked the fight. However, there has been no comment from Brown on the latest legal development. In November, L.A. Superior Court Judge James Brandlin ordered Brown to spend another three months in a residential treatment facility. Brown must also submit to random drug testing and take any medication that is prescribed to him. He must also complete 24 hours of community service each week.

Brown has been on probation since he was convicted of beating ex-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. He jeopardized his probation by being involved in an October fight in Washington.
