Lamar Odom has struck a deal in his DUI case, TMZ reported Monday.

Odom struck a deal with prosecutors in Los Angeles to avoid jail time for his offense. He will serve three years of probation and complete an alcohol education class by June 9. The basketball player will also have to pay a fine in the amount of $1,814.

In August, Odom was flagged by the cops because he was driving too slow. However, he did not initially yield to their instructions to pull over and drove for three more exits in the San Fernando Valley at around 3:45 a.m. He was ultimately stopped for driving on 101 Freeway at 50 MPH. Cops called his driving "serpentine".

Odom apparently failed all sobriety tests and refused all chemical tests when he was booked. He was currently being held on $15,000 bail. Odom briefly entered rehab to address his substance abuse issues.
