Beyoncés surprise new album has soared past sales expectations and will debut at #1 on the charts with a haul of 600,000 or more.

Beyoncé's eponymous album, released exclusively to iTunes on Friday the 13th, sold more than 430,000 copies in one day according to Billboard. By Saturday, she added another 120,000 sum to her total and is expected to have her highest first week sales and the highest debut of a woman this year. PRISM by Katy Perry, released in October, previously held that distinction as it sold 280,000. BEYONCé is also set to have the second highest bow after Taylor Swift released Red in October 2012 and sold more than a million.

BEYONCé has only been available as an iTunes exclusive. It will be available to other outlets on Dec. 20 and physical copies will be sent to retailers in time for Christmas.

Over the weekend, Beyoncé performed one of her brand new singles, XO, at a concert in Chicago. She is currently on her Mrs. Carter tour.

"I'm gonna sing this song, it's a brand new song and it hasn't even been out for 24 hours. I'm gonna sing it for y'all because it was written for y'all but I can't sing it alone. This is the first time and I'll never forget it," Beyoncé said.
