Bethenny Frankel Reportedly Finds Love With Michael "Mac" Cerussi
Bethenny Frankel is reportedly starting the new year with a new man.
One year after separating from husband Jason Hoppy, the father of her daughter Bryn, Frankel has surfaced in Miami where she was seen getting close to what seems to be a new love interest.
"[Bethenny] was seen getting cozy with a mystery hunk at the Mondrian Hotel in South Beach on New Year's Eve, whom PEOPLE has now identified as Michael A. Cerussi III, who goes by the name of 'Mac,'" the site reported. "[Mac] works in financial services in New York, and his family has owned a home in northern Palm Beach County."
"Bethenny was with Mac and looked very happy on New Year's Eve," an onlooker told PEOPLE. "They kissed at midnight and other times during the evening. They looked like they were having a great night."
Last month, Bethenny opened up to Health Magazine about what she's looking for in a man.
"Acceptance. Confidence. Sense of humor. Ability to take charge," she said. "I'm always so in charge, I'd like someone else to take charge, and it's not that easy. I'm not that easy a person to take charge of. I don't want anyone to take charge of my business. I want someone to take charge of my personal life. I don't think you can have it all at once. It's hard to have a career and a personal life and a love life and a sex life. If it happens, I'll let you know!"
At the time,Frankel didn't seem to be dating, or even have any prospects, and explained to Health that she was focused on getting to know herself during her time away from the dating game. "Recently I'm trying to find my identity again," she says. "I'm figuring out who I am in this new life. So I'll take my dog and go for walks along the river. I'll walk and do something mindless. It's good."
