Amanda Bynes has completed her first quarter at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchendizing.

In honor of the milestone in her education, the former child star attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising Debut Runway Show last night, and at the same time, she debuted a stylish new look.

During the March 21 fashion show, an annual fashion show where new student designers debut their clothes, Bynes took to Twitter where she shared two photos from the event. The first was of herself and her parents, Rick and Lynn, along with the hash tag, "#FIDMDEBUT." The second was of Bynes and her mother, with the caption, "Xoxo."

On Wednesday, Bynes completed her first quarter of FIDM after first beginning classes on Jan. 14, 2014.

"She's a great student who always participated and really cared about her classes," a source told E! News on March 20. "She really fit in and loves her school."

In fact, Bynes is taking her fashion education so seriously that the source claims, even if she was offered a job in acting, she'd pass it up in an effort to stay focused on her ongoing education at FIDM.

Since leaving rehab in Dec. 2013, Bynes has been spending tons of time with her parents as she continues to live with them in Thousand Oaks, Calif., despite her school being over an hour away in Orange County.

According to a Dec. 2013 report, Bynes has been "doing very well and reestablishing a close and loving relationship with her family."
