Lindsay Lohan's sobriety came to an abrupt halt on her reality show when she admitted to drinking wine post-rehab.

Just months after leaving rehab where she was being treated for alcohol addiction, Lohan fell off the wagon -- and it all went down on her OWN documentary, Lindsay.

"Being in recovery and leaving this place where you're in this little bubble and everything is safe around you, it's really hard," Lohan, 27, explained during the episode. "And I jumped right into a relationship where we weren't on the same page. I wasn't considering the fact that the person I was seeing does drink."

Although Lohan's boyfriend wasn't named, she was said to have been dating Matt Nordgren, a former football star and Most Eligible Dallas cast member, around the time the episodes were shot. In fact, Nordgren spoke out about his time spent with Lohan, claiming that she was sober during their relationship. At the same time, a Lohan friend revealed that Nordgren was drinking, but insisted he wasn't doing so in front of her.

Either way, Lohan claims her relapse was limited to the one glass of wine she had, and immediately after, she rededicated herself to staying committed to remaining drug- and alcohol-free.

"I had a glass of wine, and that was it. But it was that I just had so much guilt, and it's okay to admit it, it's really scary. It took me a bit to finally be like, why am I holding this in?" she recalled. "I screwed up, and that's okay, but now what can I do so that doesn't happen again. And that's a part of the process."
