Did Kelly Osbourne Gain 20 Pounds? The 'Fashion Police' Star Fights Back Against Weight Gain Reports

Kelly Osbourne is fighting back against reports claiming she recently gained 20 pounds.

In addition to denying the rumors on Twitter, the Fashion Police star stepped out in New York City this week, wearing a form-fitting shirt and skirt combo, which she paired with a blazer.

"Kelly Osbourne showed off her svelte physique on Wednesday in New York as she promoted her new partnership with Wheat Thins Popped," TooFab reported on April 10. "Sporting a black top, a patterned pencil skirt, blue heels and a really cute striped jacket, the fashionista looked adorable -- while also showing off her newly semi-buzzed 'do."

Since beginning her weight loss journey in 2009, Osbourne, 29, has lost 70 pounds, and according to her, she's kept it off.

After hearing the rumors of her alleged weight gain, Osbourne took to Twitter where she set the record straight about her health.

"Whom ever started the rumor that I'm in "fat rehab" what exactly is "fat rehab" is it a 12 step program if so what might they be? #SoFunny!" she wrote. "I have Not gained 20lbs!"

In April 2013, during an interview with SELF Magazine, Osbourne opened up about her dramatic weight loss, explaining to the magazine that she makes sure to break a sweat each day.

In addition to a half-hour of cardio daily, Osbourne also enjoys running on the treadmill, lifting weights, and doing yoga or pilates. She also has a Hoopnotica hula hoop, which she said has made her arms stronger and her waist smaller.

Osbourne is also disciplined when it comes to her eating habits, choosing to eat her fattiest meal in the morning. For instance, if she's craving pizza, she eats it for breakfast, and for dinner, she keeps it light with a bowl of oatmeal.
