Rich Homie Quan has been hospitalized.

After fainting in Atlanta on the set of a new music video, the 24-year-old rapper suffered back-to-back seizures and was rushed the hospital where he is said to be in "good condition."

Just before 9 a.m. on Wednesday, May 7, Quan took to Twitter where he updated fans on his condition. "First and foremost I want to Thank God for his blessings. Your boy just been grinding too hard," he wrote. "Thanks for all of the prayers... I'm okay."

Prior to his episode, Quan and rapper Problem were in Piedmont Park in Atlanta making their new music video. When Quan fainted, he fell to the ground, subsequently suffering not one, but two seizures, and reportedly hit his head so hard on the ground that someone immediately called paramedics and the rapper was rushed to a nearby hospital for emergency care.

According to the rapper's rep, Quan had been "experiencing heat exhaustion" in the moments leading up to his faint.

Although Quan is relatively new to the rap game, he is definitely making a name for himself and was just recently featured on the cover of XXL Magazine's 2014 Freshman class issue, which displays rap's top 12 new acts. Posing along with Quan were his fellow rappers, Chance the Rapper, August Alsina, Ty Dolla $ign, Kevin Gates, Troy Ave, Lil Durk, Isaiah Rashad, Vic Mensa, Lil Bibby, Jon Connor and Jarren Benton.

Rich Homie Quan is expected to make a full recovery from the seizures and the fall.
