Khloe Kardashian spoke out about her brother's struggles on last night's Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

During Sunday night's episode, Khloe was seen chatting with her step-brother, Brandon Jenner, about Rob's struggles with his weight and depression, and apparently, his issues were far more serious than fans previously thought.

“He never leaves the house, like ever. He is definitely very depressed, it is sad. I just want him to get better,” Khloe told Brandon, according to a July 28 report by Life & Style.

For the last several months, Rob has been doing his best to get back on track, but still, he rarely leaves home. In fact, Rob hasn't been photographed publicly since he traveled to Europe for Kim Kardashian's wedding to Kanye West (which he never actually attended).

Following his trip to LAX, where there were, of course, photographers waiting, Rob took to Twitter where he addressed a trend regarding his weight, telling fans he "will work on myself when I choose."

The next month, Rob's trainer, Gunnar Peterson, spoke out on his behalf, claiming he was focused on getting his weight in check and would be working out regularly in an effort to get into the best shape of his life.

Later in the episode, Khloe, who lived with Rob for years, slammed her family for being so critical of Rob throughout his struggles.

“You have to want it for yourself," she said. "This is what frustrates me about you so badly. Sometimes you guys are just so close-minded and you don't think about what he is going through."

Keeping Up With The Kardashians airs on Sunday nights at 9 p.m. on E!
