Diem Brown spoke out about her third cancer diagnosis on Tuesday.

During an Aug. 26 interview, The Challenge star revealed her thoughts on her recent colon cancer diagnosis and expressed her gratitude in the outpouring of love she's received since the news broke.

"I can't lie. I do feel weak and overwhelmed, but the support I've received has honestly touched my heart in a way I'll never be able to describe," Brown told Us Weekly. "I thought people would be sick of hearing about the 'MTV cancer girl.'"

At just 22 years old, Brown was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, which she eventually beat. Unfortunately, the cancer returned in June 2012. Then, after a second round of chemotherapy, she announced she was cancer-free.

Now that her cancer has returned for a third time, Brown is understandably scared.

"Honestly, this time around has trumped the past diagnoses in terms of fear and hopelessness," Brown admitted. "But the outpouring of support has been my strength and my crutch when it's hard to find the silver lining."

According to Brown, she is currently suffering from an aggressive form of ovarian cancer that has spread into two areas of her colon.

Brown has undergone two surgeries to remove tumors from her colon, and is now preparing for five rounds of chemotherapy to shrink tumors in her stomach.

Following Brown's third diagnosis, her friends and family set up a donation page on her behalf. Within days, the $50,000 goal was met. Currently, over $51,000 has been raised for Brown's medical care.
