E! Entertainment released a statement saying the celebrity style show will return to the network next year. This news comes after the passing of co-host Joan Rivers.

"We are deeply saddened by the loss of Joan Rivers and, for the last two weeks, have turned our attention to honoring her memory on all of our platforms. We have also thought long and hard about what Joan would have wanted as it pertains to the future of Fashion Police. We decided, with Melissa Rivers' blessing, that Joan would have wanted the franchise to continue. Fashion Police will return to 2015, commencing with Golden Globes coverage on Monday, Jan. 12," the statement said, according to a Sept. 19 report by Radar Online.

Giuliana Rancic On The Future Of 'Fashion Police' After Joan Rivers' Death

No further information was released, including details on whom -- if anyone -- will replace Rivers' on the show. Apparently, as per the report, the entire cast wasn't on board to continue without the late comedian.

A source close to the production told Radar Online earlier this month that Kelly Osbourne believed it was "pointless" to return to air.

"[She] says that anyone you try to replace Joan Rivers with will fail miserably," the source said.

Fashion Police is a weekly show that monitors celebrity red carpet style. It was previously hosted by Giuliana Rancic, George Kotsiopoulos, Osbourne and the late Rivers.

The legacy will continue, but will you still watch it? Should E! replace Rivers, or let the show run its course without her?
