Leah Calvert has spoke out about the recent rumors regarding her custody battle with Corey Simms.

'Teen Mom 2' Star Corey Simms Wants Custody Of His And Leah's Twins

After seeing the cover of In Touch Weekly, which featured the headline, "Leah Loses Her Girls," the Teen Mom 2 star took to social media to set the record straight about her and Simms' agreement.

"I don't know who nor do I care who went to a magazine and started rumors but I DID NOT LOSE CUSTODY OF ALI AND ALEEAH," Calvert wrote on Facebook, according to an Oct. 6 report by Wetpaint Entertainment. "The custody agreement remains the same as it always has."

'Teen Mom 2' Star Leah Calvert Labeled An "Incompetent Mother" In Court

In early September, news of Simms' full custody filing hit the web. According to reports, Simms wanted to gain full custody of his and Calvert's twin girls, Ali and Aleeah, so that he could see them more and be more involved in their lives. It was also reported Simms was planning to use Calvert's prescription drug use against her -- despite the drugs being prescribed to Calvert for her anxiety.

On Teen Mom 2, Calvert admitted to feeling "druggy" after taking the medication, and was seen slurring her words while on the phone with Ali's doctor.

The cover of In Touch Weekly also included the tag line, "The shocking charges against her: neglect and drug abuse," as well as a comment from an alleged friend, which read, "It's worse than anyone knows."

Calvert and Simms are due in court on Dec. 8 to address the custody of their girls.

Teen Mom 2 airs on Wednesday nights at 10 p.m. on MTV.
