On the recently wrapped fifth season of Teen Mom 2, fans watched as Evans and her boyfriend of one year, Nathan Griffith, welcomed son Kaiser. Now, Evans and Griffith are enjoying their new son, and Evans is doing her best to balance motherhood with her other life goals.
"If I can go to school with everything I've been through and having two children, u can too!" Evans wrote, adding, "Don't let anything hold u back. I've proved that to all of u! U can do it if u put yr mind to it !!!!"
'Teen Mom 2' Will Return For Season Six (Report)
In Dec. 2013, Evans confirmed her pregnancy, speaking of her excitement to MTV Blog.
“We just want a child of our own that we can raise together as a family, and we want a stable relationship for Jace and his daughter,” she said. “We just want to settle down.”
Evans also has an older son, Jace, 4, and Griffith has a two-year-old daughter, Emery.
