Joe Giudice got into an altercation with a cameraman prior to his court appearance on Wednesday.

Will Joe Giudice Be Deported?

On Oct. 15, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star was in court to address allegations of having obtained a fraudulent driver's license after his own was suspended. According to court documents, Giudice used his brother's information to get a driver's license following his 2010 DUI. Before receiving his sentencing, Giudice got physical with a cameraman

"The strain is clearly taking its toll on Joe Giudice," Extra TV reported, along with a shocking video of Giudice at court (see below). "He appeared in court on Wednesday morning in a driver’s license fraud case, and 'Extra' was there inside, and he wasn't too happy about it. He pushed our camera man, before heading in an elevator to his courtroom."

During court, Giudice received an 18-month sentence, which will run concurrent with his 41-month sentence for fraud. However, Giudice won't begin serving his sentence until his wife, Teresa, completes her 15-month sentence, which she begins on Jan. 5.

On Oct. 15, Dave Carlin took to Twitter, where he shared the photo of Giudice shoving a man holding a videocamera. In the caption, Carlin wrote, "EXCLUSIVE Reality TV's #JoeGiudice roughed up a News photographer before taking a plea deal in Passaic Court. CBS 5pm."

Carlin later responded to a woman wanting to know if Giudice said anything during the altercation. "He dropped an F bomb," Carlin revealed.

At this point, it does not appear that the cameraman has taken any legal action against Giudice for the caught-on-camera shove.
